The answers -- covering your condition plus you as a person with all your likes and dislikes, your health history and major life events -- help to determine the homeopathic remedy individualized to you. This choice is usually finalized at your first appointment which lasts approximately an hour and costs $250.00.

You will be asked to take a remedy which looks and tastes just like water. You will take a teaspoon a day of this energized "water" and usually start feeling better within a week. Often changes happen on a deeper level before the symptoms themselves improve. You may find yourself sleeping more soundly, having more energy and enthusiasm during the day, and getting along better with others.

You may need more than one remedy not only to relieve your current condition but to prevent recurrence or to address underlying conditions. You will not need the remedies for the rest of your life--in fact, once a remedy has done its job (typically in a few months--you will not need to take it any more.)

Follow-up appointments will be scheduled as needed. You are encouraged to stay on prescription medications until they are no longer necessary, and to continue any alternative modalities which you find helpful.
